SPOILER REQUEST FOR HP's

I have a bug in my system (reported) that gives my characters far less than minimum HP increases when they go up levels, I've patched and reloaded to no effect, rather than have to restart does anyone know of a way to increase HP?

1) If you`re playing on Core Rules or higher difficulty, your extra Hit Points are rolled at each level up.
2) After level 9 (?), you only get 1-3 HP per level up, depending on your class.

This is a common one -- after level 9(?) characters no longer roll for HP.
Fighters/Fighter Subclasses get 3HP
Bards/Clerics/Thieves get 2HP
Mages get 1HP.
There are probably a few errors here, but what I am trying to say is that it is not a bug.

Bugger, it's been a long time since I read Core Rules, looks like I need to read them again.
