I've got to the final battle and a little problem keeps popping up. I can get rid of Irenicus' pet demons and the fake Irenicus with Minsc going berserk (the prat killed Viconia before any demons though) and me turning into Buffy, but then I cast True Sight, and it said 'Slayer: Illusion Dispelled', so there was an illusion, but Irenicus/Slayer didn't appear. Then for some unknown reason, I (PC) kept taking bits of damage and suddenly died for no reason. Is the Big Bad hiding or sneakily killing me from a corner? Or is he in fact dead, cos I was able to change armour, and you can't during combat?
PS: This happened three times so it wasn't a one-off cock-up.

Ah, that'll be what's killing me then. How do I get out of it? And is Irenicus dead then for the same reason?

In my case he was hust on the other side of that bestie column. Standing and doing nothing while his protections weared off
