He died in the emergency ward. This is very sad for Serbia, since this guy spearheaded the removal of Miloservic and was in the process of handing over other war criminals to The Hague. He died because he stuck his head out to try and help Serbia

I was about to post this as well. It is very sad for Serbia I believe this man was a great leader who was trying to make a difference for his country and his people. Things were still not great in Serbia but much better than under Miloservic and they would have improved over time, even tensions would have died down eventually. Hopefully the next leader will be able to pick up were Djindjic left off.

I wonder if this was a political assassination, revenge, or maybe a little of both?
