Here's one - if the termites all of a sudden start building their mounds a lot higher than normal, then that means there's a big wet (massive storm season) coming very soon.

Interesting that the aboriginal theory seems to be taken seriously, with little hint of ridicule which unfortunately is present all too often.
Just because something can't be scientifically proven doesn't necessarily mean that it isn't true. Anyway, don't mind my stance on this issue... its by all means a very contentious one. If these techniques are accurate and work, well why not use them. If anyone can puzzle out Melbournes weather, they're welcome to try Its been completely whack lately!
