Sseth's Eye

Could someone please tell me how to get past Sseth's eye-- I can't seem to work it out.

Only histachii (who look to me like ridiculous floppy yellow mermen) and yuan-ti can get past the eye, and who do we know that knows how to morph into histachii? That's right: Go back to Nheero for help, who by now should've gone back into human form.
