i heard from my syster that if you sue somebody in america, you ger lotssa, lotssa money. a story she said: once, a woman bought cocoa from McDonalds and she went driving with his car. then she stopped her car too fast and the cocoa fell on her dress. because of that, she sued McDonalds because they didn`t warn her that her drink is hot, and she also sued the car company, because the car wasn`t provided with a cup holder. she won about a damn MILLION DOLLARS with both cases. WTF!? that just isn`t normal!

You think THAT'S BAD in some parts of the state of virginia you can get put in prison if your partner sues you for using a... eherm... "position" ourside of missionary... *cough* and ONCE a man in the mal was sued for having a pet snake in public.., In front of Washington there are millions of whacko protestors each day too and they sometimes win their protests! Every day there's a little lady with hair that shoots staight up and she has a sighn that says "NUKLEAR TESTIN' DID THIS TA' MEH!!"

it's a weird world we live in!

This song goes out to the dingbats of the world

The common misconception is that when you sue someone, you gets lots of money...

Actually, when you sue someone, the LAWYERS get all the money. The old lady that spilled coffee on herself at MickeyD's got a settlement of a quarter mil, but after court and lawyers fees etc, she saw about 1/10 of that.

We are a very litigious nation, though.
