How the heck do you cast magic on the Mac version? No buttons seem to work. Dragging the icon doesn't work.

Anyone know? I'm very low in health and can neither rest, nor cast heal. (That's the other prob, resting only leveled up. It didn't heal me. Now I'm a Vamp, I can't find a resting spot at all. Ai ai ai!)

I have no clue on the Mac issues.

But you can safely rest in your crypt, the place the "town portal" spell will return you to. In the first part of the game it is below the library (The HQ of the Brujah mistress)

I advice you to patch the game to version 1.1 if you have not done so already.

I think you have to press the apple key and the mouse, it acts like a right click. It has been a while since I played Vampire on my Mac, as I am hooked on NWN for my PC.

Try apple key and mouse click see if it works.

Cheers

I had tried that to no avail. None of the Mouse w keys worked. Bug maybe?
