Hey, I am RPGer in search of new bad guys to kill. I don't want to read anything that might give things away plot wise, so I am not checking out any of the posts in this forum. But I wanted to give Wizard and Warrior Enthusists the opportunity to tell me why the game is cool. Remember, don't spoil the plot. Thanks!

First person perspective!

Time-phased combat (except for distance)!

Amazoni Mantraps (they still give me nightmares)!

Invincible horses!

Complex and very thorough multiple character development!

Massive variety of character/class/trait options!

This forum of wonderful and helpful people!!!

It's an easy game to get personally involved in - I've become quite attached to my characters, and the game world. It's maddeningly addictive, and despite its bugs, quirks, and cheats (err.. undocumented features, sorry) it really is an excellent game.

Ok . . . is it first person with multiple person party like Might and Magic, or is it more like Baldur's Gate or Diablo? Thanks!

You might want to do a search on "buy this game" or "any good" (subject only). There are a couple of threads which you might find useful. If you have difficulty locating them, let me know and I'll see if I can't ferret them out and push them up for you!

To Blacknight: How long have you been posting on these boards to have 1300 posts? My jaw hit the floor when I saw that! Absolutely Amazing! I hope you begin playing and enjoy W&W, and come back and post here often.

Jason: I think Black Knight is a regular in General Discussions forum. There's a LOT of posts that go on over there, especially the Moons Hope Inn thread! You ought to check it out...it's a fun forum.
