An Industrial is where you have two extra holes, one in the top lobe near where it the ear joins your face, and another on the top near the back of the ear. A bar then goes through each hole, with a ball in either side of each hole (on the outside edge)... (if the bar was lower, it wud be covering your hole)... thats the best i can explain it in my own words...do you get the picture?
