I'm glad somone mentioned it. I thought it was just me. That happens to me all the time, like at least 4 or 5 times a day. I am at work so I thought it might be something to do with that, but we have a LAN here so it should be pretty fast. . .

I wonder if Ziroc has been notified of this thread. I think it started when IW changed hosts...remember?

Hmm, our server is running perfectly, and bandwidth is fine as well. All I can say, is that maybe it's your connection or the forum's cgi is busy during the 'busy' hours.. It could be a server between your PC and IW as well. (It's called packetloss).
If you can, do a trace route (DOS or Visualroute's screenshot) will work. Since only a few of you are having this problem, it looks to be either packetloss somewhere between you and I or your ISP sucks -- Post your ISP btw.. may help me! Thanks!

I experience this with no other forum and actually never have experienced it with this forum before about 2 months ago.
I have put it down to peak times myself, and the host not being able to deal with aload of traffic...ALOT of people have mentioned it around the forums, not just the few on this one thread. I was going to start a thread on it myself actually but Goulum beat me to it. I have this problem both on dial up and on DSL. I also have had it happen to me in work. That's three different ISP's on 3 different computers. Hey It's no big deal though, after awhile it comes back on as always. I'm just letting you know the details if it becomes a bigger issue and you have to describe it to your ISP or something.

Ack, happened again for about 30 minutes. Maybe a server closer to your end of the chain Z? No not yours I did read your post. But you know what I mean.

It sometimes happens to me, but then, when I access the IW forum from my favorites, it just doesn't load at all, so it usually just happens to me when the forums are down. Maybe you're just being unlucky and posting at one of the times when it's down
