I understood this as positive, it doesn't make sense why it would be negative at all. People were saying Mel looked pregnant (i don't see where that even came from) so Gangrell said Mel doesn't look it, he was complimenting you.
When i read his post i smiled because it was a nice thing to say, then i scroll down and woah....
