it's pretty normal that you get pissed after such a treatment, now store that anger untill it's your time to bat, focus, release the fury, and hit the ball over the fences. Problems solved. Sounds like some stupid fairy tale ? Maybe, but wait untill you actually do that, things will change for you someguy, just believe in yourself.

Or you could fly into a rage and scare the coach into letting you play. But that probobly won't work so instead try something like boxing or wrestling to let your anger out.
