Ah, another classic from B!
Since I've been playing P&P or CRPG's since the age of 12 or so I have played each and every type of character, of all allignments, and grown each to either fullfilment or death . Macoati, my namesake, is my favorite and a Paladin. While I've always believed that evil (or good) is in the eye of the beholder - much like beauty, law and chaos are distinct. Law follows a code while chaos does not. Macoati is very much me. Idealistic to a fault and brash on occasion. The joy of that character is that he 'grew' more so than any other I have played. He started as classic E. Gary Gygax "lawful-stupid" to being a master politician utilizing whatever 'tools' were available to him. I tend to play the riteous path in any game... tho I have been known to stumble into the dark now and again. My thieves have been known to have Robin Hood complexes and my mages end up doing charity work . PS: Radek - you and I may have to chat about String Theory sometime...but give me some warning, it's been awhile since I actually thought about it!
