Just noticed that David Gemmell had managed to release a book without me noticing it. Now from the short reviews and intros I have read I'm not able to really make out when this book is taking place (Drenai saga at least). Has anyone read it? Or am I the only Gemmell fan in here?

The only thing you really need to know about this is that Druss is in it yay. Will point out thought that he's only a supporting character. It's set before the battle of Dros Delnoch but after most of the other Druss books and revolves around a new character called Skilgannon "The Damned".
All in all it's not too bad if you're a Gemmell fan but it's not in the same league as the Waylander, Rigante or Druss books. |
