My group is evil, so when we ran across the kidnapped noble lady, we decided to ransom her ourselves. Our ransom payment was a pair of silver pantaloons. I can't wear or sell them. Any clue what they are for?

Potential SPOILER:
> > > > > > > > What are they for? Why? It's just a reminder of your crimes for you! Seriouly, I don't think they serve any real purposes, much like the gold ones in BG1. ------------------ Long live H22A1!!!!! |

There is a conspiracy almost as big as the supposed cow level in diablo 1 over these pantaloons. Supposedly they are linked to some gold pantaloons in bg1 and if you descramble what someone in the asylum says they talk about it. I think these guys are lookin to hard if you ask me but if there are bronze pantaloons in throne of bhaal then they might be on to something.

If you want the full story on pantaloons, Gimmick, read The Pantaloons Enigma at this site:
http://members.home.net/mrkevvy/welcome.html I, for one, am going to be searching ToB very hard for more pantaloons. I want a full set. ------------------ |

Maybe the programmers wanted to play with us. If that's what they wanted, they got it.

A toss-up between unleashing incredible powers or the revelation of a terrible, despicable practical joke, I'm assuming. But I'm a cynical man at heart.
