True, but you DO have a soft spot for the fairer sex, my sweet.

Well, sorry to hear you've been hurt. But not ALL of us are like that, I promise. You'll just have to hold out for a sincere woman next time. (((HUGS)))

I quite agree with you on this, and weaknesses can indeed be good. As you well know, daffodil

I'd like to add another word to your reptoire, the dreaded...

"Whatever."

This word is used by the female, after you've given your opinion on a certain subject or issue.

The meaning is rather complicated. With a single word, "Whatever" conveys her meaning of...

"I dont respect you, and I certainly dont care about your opinion on this."

No one but *NO ONE* can say 'whatever' in the same way a preteen girl can!!! Translated it means, roughly, 'I am *the* wise one here and you are wasting my precious oxygen by daring to attempt intelligent communication.' (Quayle's comment 'who taught this gibbering ape to speak?' just had to be patterned from a preteen!) Add a set of rolled eyes, the hip stuck out and an utterly bored look on the face, and you have a look most designed to encourage a parent's desire to 1) put said girl in a convent until she's at least thirty so the good sisters can deal with it or 2) encourage medication use by said parents in an effort not to give into the overwhelming urge to wipe that look right off her little face!
