Who should read this bulletin: Customers using Microsoft® Internet Explorer.

Impact of vulnerability: Six vulnerabilities, the most serious of which could allow an attacker to run code on another user’s system.

Recommendation: Customers using an affected version of IE should install the patch immediately.

It's prettys sad they have to keep patching it because there are so many 'holes' in the program..

PS: I'll always keep you updated on stuff like this when I find out, I'm subscribed to Microsoft's 'Technet' so I get 'alerts' from time to time.
