I went done the elevator after the snake spirit and killed that big snake thing (X something or other) now the door won't open to the left. I used the switch and went out the one door to the room with the treasure chest, but the other door won't open. Do I have to wait for something to come out of it.

go down the hall to where the two cheasts are, look at that water very closely. I hope
you thief is a good one, some of those cheasts are dangerous. |

To be more precise, look at the fountain on the wall. Look closely... closer, look above the water spout....
