I can't get the phone number, i've got the money, and sent it, but it came back, as did the help note.
I tried drawing on the money, and using "help x me"
as a number, although i don't have a phone with me with the alphebetic keypad so i might just be doing that wrong, bah, i don't know.
I'll try this again tomorrow.

Lost in the veridian room. I can't find the character on the lamp - where do you click to get it? At least I think it's that one that I'm missing. Where do you get the incence? Also I don't have a picture frame, and I don't know how to open the guy's bike chain (I checked the diary but I am quite stupid, as you can see

).

Also, what was the screwdriver for in the last room? It didn't seem to do anything.

For the combination, check the diary for any possible "numbers" you might use...

As to your question about the screwdriver...you must've done it by accident, because the screwdriver *was* the "key" to getting out.

The frame is under the book shelves (with the slippers on them). Click around the bottom and the frame will slide out.

read the diary, i don't remember what it was, but just look in the diary, think of what he would have used as an important number, something important to him.
