Towns are strange

I have a question in the fist town I couldn't leave by the east gate could enter by it but not leave now I am in ashad na and I can't leave by either gates!!! is it a bug also in the first town I couldn't access the town hall or other buildings!!

any info please

Hello Gostar. I suspect you´re running either win2000 or XP. May I suggest a visit to the tech thread "Answers to your techical problems". There´s a post in there about this problems "Can´t enter buildings in town". Just browse through th eindex and you´ll find it

. In short you need to extract your twanmsk*.avi files with virtualdub. Packrat has an excellent link to a mirrorsite. [img]smile.gif[/img] [img]smile.gif[/img]

yep runnin xp I downloaded a few patches before I played the game need more hehe go figure

and here's a little wrinkle that macoati came up with:

Instead of renaming the files simply save the new "old" format files to your desktop. The names remain the same and make it much easier to replace the broken ones. After saving the old format files to the desktop, select all three of them, copy them, then open the explorer (or my computer, same dif), surf to WW directory and then to the townavi folder and paste the files into it. Click on yes to overwrite the files and you are done...no need to rename them.
