Yes, That is the only thing I have not figured out, yet. Why would they make him sick if you could not find him the cure? I mean,,,they let you bring an Ice Rose to the Bard, so why not heal the sick guy?

The only cure for him is a wish spell. There aren't any in the game of course, so there is no way to cure him. Yet.

I don't believe you can help him. I looked at all the dialogue stuff in Infinity Explorer, and there is nothing for if you found something to help him. Closest thing I could find was turn into a lich, but he refuses and thinks death is the only antidote, and or find a diety. Fat chance on that. I never found one in the whole expansion...unless it was one of my high level party members. haha!
