Yes, 7-8 hours everynight. Usualy go to bed around 8-8:30 and get up at 3:30-4 am to go to work.

Not working atm so a good 10 hrs is what I get (I get tired easy) but when I get a job (soon I hope) I try to go for at least 7 or 8 hours so that I don't end up feeling tired the following day.
