I've got DSL, but on my fave server which is in the US I still get a 200-260 ping. Tell me if you reinstall it and I'll give you the IP address. Then I can put some holes in ya with my shotgun

I went for the 4 hours option

Insomnia and internet addiction is a bad combination - but then I get really tired by the end of the week, so often at the weekend I'll sleep 10-12 hours or something - but still getting to bed at around 3am - so come Monday morning I am still no better off! My insomnia is trouble getting to sleep rather than early waking - I find it quite difficult to wind down at the end of the day.

I make it important to try to get 8 hours a night. Sleep is important in so many ways.

I sleep on an undeterminable schedule. THough I always seem to wake up exactly 8 hours after I fall asleep 0.o Whenever that may be... seems automatic i suppose...

I agree with you there Wendy. I mean productivity falls to 0 when I don't get enough sleep and end up sleeping anyway at the wrong times though.
