I read somewhere that you could find this sling in the Beholders area of the Underdark. I've looked everywhere in that cave but can't find it. Does anyone know where it is and is it worth looking for?

I,m not absolutely sure but didn't i just buy that sling off the guy from Icewind dale who's in the copper coronet?(if you have the bonus CD files).
-I'm thinking of the +5,+2(bullet damage),-needs no bullets one. -white heron |

The treasure parts of those caves are in odd places. You have to pass the cursor over walls and pillars until they highlight. There are stashes in the east tunnels and the NE beholder room. Can't remember where the sling was though. It's a +4 weapon with Stunning ability

The sling is stashed in a wall in one of the first rooms in the beholder dungeon, location x=1214, y=766.
