well in case you havent read the AVP Comic book, it starts off with a marine ship minding its own business going at sub light speed when suddenly a big golden space cruiser just ZIPS by it... they sort of stare at it as it shoots away and are like "what the hell was that?" Are scentenced to Death by slow and painfull assimilation, a trapped and harnesed alien queen is forced to pump out eggs non-stop, each egg is closley monitored by the predators on board the vessel and then packaged into giant steel drum containers which are then dropped onto any planets surface that they just feel like killing that day without a whole lot of work... immediatley they find a planet with no sentient life,t he skulls arent worth collecting, so they dump the eggs there and the two-four bad predators too... so the naughty boys stand around and quickly learn their lesson as every native beast on the planet is immediatley killed by the spawns form the alien eggs, by the end the predators are fighting for their lives on top of a litteral MOUNTAIN of alien courpses! if the movie was like that, COOL! oh and by the way, the marines just happen to show up too, just in time to check out the place [img]tongue.gif[/img] "whoah ya think this had anythin' to do with that thing that passed us in space?" "naw..." "naww..." "YAAAAWW!!!"

AvP2 would make an excellent Aliens-like movie, lots of blood and gore. Tons of marines shooting at aliens and predators yet getting sliced into little gooey bits anyway, alien swarms overrunning helpless predators.... Aliens going on to win.... I think that we need that for an AvP movie. That the aliens win, or at least the predators. Definitely that the humans lose. In all of the Aliens and Predator movies the humans have always won even though they've been physically weaker, the predators have had much better technology and the aliens have FAR superior numbers.

It's time that someone sliced and dice those damnable apes.

Has anyone played Theif?? It's actually called a first person sneaker game. I haven't played it, but my dad has, numerous times. [img]smile.gif[/img] IT's pretty cool if you like first person views. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I tried a bit of Thief. Never really got used to how you have to keep on sneaking around and hiding in shadows, instead of just walking around in the open. It just seems so frustrating... Well, guess it's just me...

Anyone tried Red Faction?

Thief is just such a great experience. Creeping up on a guard, trying desperately not to disturb him. Watching his patterns so you know when he will be facing the other way before moving a muscle. Checking what type of floor it is, so that you don't make too much noise. Hiding the body somewhere where no-one will find it!

Knowing that one false move, and your history! It's just so exhilarating (spelling?)

On a note... how many of you guys have played Jedi Outcast? I thought it kicked some @$$! A big improvement over Jedi Knight. (which still rox tho! [img]smile.gif[/img] ) The graphics kick, the storyline kicks, the ligtsaber action kicks, the force powers kick, and the jedi vs. jedi sections of the game are awesome!! It even does slow-motion deaths when you kill a dark jedi! And with the g_SaberRealisticCombat code on it rules! Imagiane seeing a dark jedi's head get chopped off in slow motion! Its the best!

The only downside is my multiplayer section of the game dosent work.

Heads getting chopped off? And in slow motion at that? Tsk, tsk, tsk, how utterly barbaric. I'm sure even Osama wouldn't have done that, let alone a Jedi. Remind me never to go near anything having to do with Star Wars.

And come on, everyone knows the best FPS title ever is Duke Nukem 3D! After all, in which other FPS can you find strippers? [img]tongue.gif[/img]
