Who out there is a programmer? I mean, we got some amazing talent in
the group and this is mainly a shout out to see who knows what. We have people who know programming, or how to use logic block or GPDL. What I'm getting at is if we could get more people are working on developing DC and its related Sub programs. (Oh, but I wish I had a copy of some C++ programming environment/developing kit...) Hi!
Did I hear you say you would be interested in working on this project as a programmer? Our project is hosted on Sourceforge.net - http://sourceforge.net/projects/uaf Please check out what we have there already, download the program if you would like, and ask me where you can help. Tarlanon and I are the two project admins that are currently active. |

I can download and see what I can do. I really don't promise anything until I see the project.

A good free c development package: Open Watcom
Used to be a well known commercial package. [ 11-26-2006, 09:23 AM: Message edited by: Sir Krustin ]

Ok, so I googled free c++ programming and saw hundreds of listings for free (sheepish grin). Now, don't you need some kind of additional libraries?

IIRC, the Watcom compiler is fairly well supported - it's been around for ages, I can remember using it in the early 90's.

Ok, so what add'nl libraries are needed for someone who is continuing development of DC?? (more curiosity than anything else, I still cannot put a C++ developer kit on my laptop with most of my 20 gig HD full)
