Both I and my better half are 5' 3" (160cm). I don't have a height preference, except for mine.

Heh... been there done that Sir Exxon and Deathmage... I'm only a couple years older than you Exxon but I've always been tall for my age and now I'm approaching 6' 3" and still growing (do you know annoying it is to have to buy size twelve adult shoes with the VAT when you're still legally a child! )
Heh... I can't really say about girls as tall as me since there aren't really any my age who are, but personally I reckon it's shorter for me, not too short though.

Well, like I've said already, I prefer guys to be taller than me. Quite a bit taller actually, I think two really short people look a bit odd, especially since I have quite a young face, if the guy also was youthful I think we'd look like we were still in high school or something if we were both short . I don't mind really tall guys either, it used to bug me when I was in high school, my friends would always go to me, such and such would be great for you, he's really short. And I'd be like, why would I specifically want someone short?

Exact height isn't important, but I'm more comfortable with a girl who's shorter than I am.

Sazzie, I didn't realize your wife and I are the same height! LOL
Ronn, I swear I'm not your ex.. whooo.. sounds very un-nice! WELCOME to the new folks posting here! Sir Exxon, you needn't worry about no significant other just now.. I waited a looooooooooong time to find mine! I think things work out when you least expect them and between you and me.. you have lots of time! BK, hehe! Hey, you can get interesting scenarios that way with 4'11 and 6'3 too, just different ones I will admit I sometimes get a few laughs and a number of goodnatured jokes from friends and family when the realize how tall Nacht is.. but most of them think it's 'cute' I'm fascinated by all the replies everyone! Thanks!
