I'd just like your opinion on this, are those supposedly powerful enemies like Erathsmedor and Oakenmir surprisingly easy or am I spending WAY to much time leveling up? Just thought I'd bring that up.

Dunno, because at first I never whacked on a NPC I needed to talk to (like those two, Torin, Jathril, etc.). Then after reading the Erathsmedor thread I decided... why not? Well, I can tell you that your experience points ain't all that much (I think the thread had over a million) when you're up in level. Now if you whack on them when you first meet them you might get the points, but as you level up the XP go down (on all monsters & NPCs alike). So if you're into whacking them NPCs, do it early on for the challenge and more XP. Otherwise, just leave 'em alone. Hehehe...

Personally, Jafin, I don't kill the good guys and I went up in levels and experience just fine. I finished with awesome characters. You don't need to kill them to win. And remember, you took an oath!

Same here, Mammawlin. My "fab four" finished around 60th level (well, 20th level for the Zenmaster and Valkyrie) and they didn't kill any NPC's other than Scanthril and Scabban, which are worth MINIMAL XP.

The "gold scorpion" trick in the Shrine of Anephas really is worth it all...

I would kill them because I thought I would need the level ups to but it turned out when I got to Cet he was easy. Compared to My level 121 Samari He was nothing I also sided with the evil and killed Anephes.
