its actually really easy... pull ANY one of the chains, then pull another and look to see if the first chain you pulled is up, if it is then pull it and then pull another one... pretty much, pull a chain, see if any you have pulled have gone up, if so pull them back down and look fo rany that moved up and just keep pulling them, takes about 12 pulls to open the doors...
