Low AC

I always hear people saying that they have like -10 or-11 AC. I have Minsc in chap. 6 with full plate + 1 or something and the helm of balduran (+1ac), ring or protection + 1 or 2 ect and he only has -5 I also have Jaheria who has -4 or -5 and Korgan who has -3. How do you get them so low?????????????? thanks

Well first you have to have a high dexterity, say 18 that -4 AC then what are you doing only wearing Full plate +1 in chapter 6. You need armor of the Hart +3 or Gorgon platemail. Second your going to need to use a sheild. If your using a two-handed sword as I suspect you are than you will almost never reach the lower AC's however all is not lost. If you really want to lower your AC download one of the charaters editors and do yourself. With a 18 dexterity and the best armor (Armor of the Hart AC -2) with the ion stone that lowers AC an the Cloak of Balduran you would have an AC of -8 with the Ring of Gaxx -10. Now get rid of that two-handed sword and add a shield you could go all the way to -15 if you were using the Sentinal shield +4.

better than that crank up your dex to 25 and add all that stuff and presto you have a -17 AC. However, there is a point to where all of this really doesen't matter. One of my characters (Keldorn) has an AC of -12 and I can't remember the last time he was hit.
