Fried pork skins.... that is very unhealthy...but it is usually the unhealthy things that taste good.
I am so glad they don't sell that kind of stuff where I live, else I would be dead by now from clogged ateries..

That's only because no one eats things which are unhealthy and taste bad.

Pork Rinds/Skins are just a starter, when your ready to get serious about hurting your health pick up a bag of pork cracklins.

Your odds are greater if you're overweight and older, but that doesn't mean it can't happen at a younger age. Jim Fixx, who was a guru of running and fitness, died from a heart attack at age 52 while in peak physical shape. Some may consider 52 old, but it ain't necessarily so...

And I came across this link that links how you react to stress with your odds of developing heart disease. Basically, unless you're cool and mellow about it, stress can kill you...

As for me, bring on the pringles, oreos, and peanut M&Ms. If I'm going to die, I'll die happy...

Try checking at any of the shops near your place I have been addicted to those things for a while now.

So sorry, not true. A family friend (in fairly good physical condition) had a heart attack at age 38. Survived, though.

Risk of heart attack is influenced by several factors - fat and age, as you noted, but also stress and genetics. Unfortunately the latter two are often more significant.

I have been eating them for 6 months and my cholesterol and triglycerides have gone down. I'm on Atkins.
