Check this out: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...games&n=468642

The Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen was originally made back in 1996 for the PS1, and was later ported over to the PC. Seeing as how it's been eight years since it's release, why would Amazon be trying to sell it for that price? I've never seen a game retain such value for so long.

Amazon isn't selling them, click the and you see there are some independent store that just advertise it on Amazon.
It's most likely a rare game now, hence the price.

hmm....maybe it was an extremely good game back then, but different sellers sell them for different prices depending on their personal opinion.

Xenogears was a PS1 game, but still sells pretty well...or so a depraved Xenogears fan friend of mine says.

Ridiculous to sell that for that price, you can find that game in bargain bins for ten bucks or less. I remember playing it, didn't like it though, it just grossed me out with the sucking sounds, and having to get your HPs back up by sucking on torture victims hanging on walls and such. Oh and did I mention the sucking sounds? Oh yes I did. Sorry. Yeah not my cup of tea personally LOL. But again, you can get that game way cheaper if you just look about in stores. Heck I could just dig about in my boxes in the basement and find the damn thing and just send it to you for free, you can have it LOL.

Edit: sorry didn't realize you meant Play Station, I only have the PC version. Have you tried Ebay? Bunches are there of all mediums (just looked), and for decent prices too.

Wow, 10 dollars, that's pretty cheap!

Yes that's for the PC versions. I've also seen Planescape Torment together with the Kain Soulrever (sp?) for ten bucks for both of them at software stores like EB.

No, PC's what I'm after. It's the only game within the Legacy of Kain series that I haven't played. And because Silicon Knights, I presume, went out of business, they don't make it anymore. Crystal Dynamics picked up the title after BO, and made Soul Reaver (which is one of the best games I've ever played).
