For everyone who doesn't know we beat our arch rivals Germany 5-1 in Munich last night.
We usually get stuffed by them so HOORAY. Just a shame those idiot hooligans nearly spoiled it again-165 arrests for violence after the game. A well done also goes to the 10 man Eire team who beat the Dutch. We might qualify automatically for the world cup now. |

Well done! Where's Donut? Still celebrating at the pub I imagine. Australia beat NZ in the Bledisloe Cup rugby so I'm celebrating too.

Germany were so sure that they would win that they had arranged matches in the Far East on the days when the playoffs are being played. As long as England beat Albania and Greece at home we will qualify outright and Germany will have to playoff, probably against Ukraine. Unbelievably it looks as if Holland will not qualify for the 2002 World Cup finals. With the world stars that they have how can this happen? BTW of the 165 fans arrested for violence over 100 were Germans. (not making excuses here.) ------------------ Save Chip - Don't let Sarah win! God bless Sven, and to think there were idiots saying we ought to have an English manager when he was appointed.

PSV is gonna win the Champions league
well them or Real Madrid or Man Utd Further more Louis van Gaal likes complicated stratagies He's not a good trainer for a National team also Holland thinks themselfs to be too good and thus they think to easily about the opponent and they lack the ability to score changes Anyway CHINA IS GOING TO THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS or at least i think they will ------------------ OMG I have no Arms Wait I don't have a body either But i DO have a FN P90 |

At the risk of getting slaughtered by the millions of Man Utd fans out there I don't think they'll win the champions league I reckon Liverpool, Bayern Munich or Real Madrid will.
Utd have got real defensive problems at the moment, and noone world class up front to go with van nistelrooy. I think Madrid will leak goals because their midfield is too attacking (Its good though) and Bayern Munich are a bit pedestrian and getting old with a lot of players the wrong side of 30. Liverpool just need to sort out their keeping-they bought two goal keepers on Friday and they have quality hard working recognised internationals across the field. It just depends on how many games they have to play-they were in three cup finals last year and their players looked exhausted at the end. Incidently I'm a Spurs fan and we definately aren't winning anything ho hum.. |

Football is a real sport played mostly in the United States. "Football", aka Soccer, is something else entirely, a wannabe "sport" played by countries that can't compete in real events.
