This episode took on all the various creams, pills, therapies, gels and pumps to enlarge, enhance and or get her/him in the mood.
The bottom line is...its all BS. They did a month long controlled study of all these things and none of them delivered. Pheramone based perfumes? Junk....actually expensive junk. Make your bust bigger through hypnosis....junk, make this or that larger with a cream, ointment, gell or pill...useless junk. All in all they proved once again the as PT Barnum once said...."There's one born every minute".

A billion dollar industry based on bullshit how many of them are there?
Why are people so gullible? Well I wanted to post mroe about the show...but it was an R rated show and we have a PG audience here

Well... George Carlin once said "America is nothing but a steaming pile of red white and blue bullshit...", so don't look so surprised...

Yeah but Carlin used to be relevant and funny...now he sometimes comes accross as a bitter old man. I was shocked at how bad he appeared in a recent interview. At other times he is hilarious so who knows

Don't be upset, but i think it's a lot about the education sistem. I have a friend in America who is taught in the 7-8-th grade what we are taught in the 3-rd, 4-th, and what japanese maybe taught maybe earlier (they have a strict edu system). Adding that there are some evn retarder parents who treat their children like babies at later ages, so they learn even less, especially about social life, so they grow up to be gullable. I think most countries should have a schooling system like in Japan; sure they learn A LOT, but they are also taught to socialise a lot. Anyway, the saying is wrong; it should be "A sucker is taught 2 be one every minute!"

I think I'd have enjoyed that show, too!
I never could understand why people are so ready to accept that 'magic pills' or creams etc will make everything bigger or better! It's hogwash of the worst kind and so obviously a line to sell you something, you'd think it would set off all your 'FRAUD' alarm bells!

Oh well, I guess they sell the crud to someone, or they'd stop trying. My attitude is "make the best of what God gave me" and enjoy it.

It's not just that people are gullible. It's that modern society is so unforgivably shallow, and such massive emphasis is placed on physical beatuy, that some people who feel inadequate about the size of their ... umm ... bits, are willing to believe anything that gives them hope of correcting what they see as a terrible flaw.

It's not gullibility. it's more like subconsciously imposed blindness to logic.

I remember years ago, back in the late 80's, (86 or 87) Carlin did a concert for the rich and famous. He started talking about the problems with the homeless people. Then he went on to talk about all the Golf courses that were built around the country. Even went so far as to give statistics on how many acres were being taken up by Golf curse around the US. He Started talking about the NIMBYs (NOT IN MY BACK YARD), people who didnt want certain things near their homes, like prisons and housing projects.

Nobody really wants a prison in their back yard. I dont think Id want a housing project or homeless shelter in my back yard either. Land values drop becuase of the crime housing projects bring.

Anyway, Carlins suggestions was to take all the Golf courses and turn them into housing projects. He seriously pissed a LOT of rich and famous people off by saying that the land could be better used to help less fortunate people.

Its the rich and famous that either own or are members of the Golf clubs.

Carlin IS a bitter old man and that one concert basicly killed his career.

Cloudy: You might have enjoyed that show it was definately R rated at least and had lots o beefcake

Bardan: That was very delicately put Good show

E.D.: Yeah I remember that show. He ignored the fact that the housing projects didn't solve anything, just gave the criminals another place to ply their trade.

I wonder what tomorrow's show is going to be about. We shall see

One of many industries based on bs. I wonder if they will do some shampoo companies. Or perhaps those dang antiwrinkle creams. I hope they do! That would preobably remove all those boring commercials.

Note: I hope they didn´t mention viagra on that show.
