I've done deadlift in the past. It's one of those interesting exercises that is either really hard for some people or really easy for others. Plus, if you screw up, there goes your back.

I lift 6x per week. I sometimes do it at home, sometimes at a gym. It's great fun. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
