Some of the other pieces/articles are actually quite good - you should read them.

Holy crap, if that wasn't a liberal, anti-republican PETA-like website, I don't want to see one that is. I voted for the "Beast" as you call it, are we all going to hell? Tell you what, I'm 110% thankful we have a Republican in the Whitehouse when 9/11 happened. Pity me all you want, Jorath Calar, I don't need it. Last time the economy was in suckville, in the late 70s, Reagan saved the day. Reagan-omics? HELL YES. It took a bit to calm back down, but it's better than staying in the rut. I hope in 15 years, someone cries about Bush-o-nomics, after whatever Bush does to rescue the economy from Clinton's near complete destruction of it. War on Saddam? Stop inspecting and go SMACK him already. He beats the crap out of his own people, lay the smack down, and replace him. Oh no, the US may replace him with someone who likes us, well DUH! Of course we freaking would, why replace him with someone ELSE who would hate us? I'm also thankful for the plethora of Democrat wannabees right now, anyone they put up will be a lame duck by the time they squeak through the primary. There are so many, the GOP will get plenty of votes from disaffected voters whose primary favorite did not make it.

Bush voter and supporter, and proud of it. Pity me!

Disclaimer: I do not think Bush is perfect, and I like the environment more than he does, but I am more happy with him overall than unhappy.

I proudly stand up and say I voted for "the beast" and because you call him the beast it is apparent that at least I have an inkling of what I am talking about and that you are clueless. There have we insulted each other enough? or shall I taunt you a second time? Silly English Pigdog Kuuuuhhhnnnigggget! Sorry a bit of python crept in there.

GWB is a good man, a god president, and he is far superior to anything fielded by the Dems for the 2000 election year.

Edit: Oh you do realize that Gore actually holds quite a bit of Oil stock himself?

Oh, the 84 reasons post was great. MagiK and RealBinky obviously didn't read it. When the facts are so spelled out and specific, you should just exhibit a tiny bit of wisdom and keep your trap shut.

The point is not the Bush has done some things wrong - he has - and I challenge you to even attempt to address the 84 reasons. The point - however - is that not everyone is perfect. Other presidents have made numerous "mistakes" as well.

Oh, and MagiK, you really think he is a god president? j/k

One thing I do keep up with is the enviro policy - and on that issue, GWB has simply catered to his campaign contributors. The good news is that between him and a conservative Supreme Court led by an anti-federalist there are now REAL arguments we enviro lawyers can make on big big issues - like CERCLA. Whereas in the past, the EPA was god and we simply fought among ourselves as to how to divvy up the $$$ to pay for cleanups, now we've actually got arguments to get away scot-free. Clients LOVE it when you can report you walked away from $12 million in cleanup only paying $50K.
