When I was in the Boogre Prison I bought lots of Boogre Brews from the Barman (divvy your gold into bagsof five pieces and give them to him). They are great poison cures, and they are cheaper than the poison cures in the town. In addition I used one of them to get into the Stout Mines, beacuase I could not find the dead body.

Oh, yeah; Blubarb says they're good to use against the "Bug stings". I had two characters with Vine magic, so I never worried much about that, though.

Also, Wyv: make sure they know it's the Idol of Bongu, NOT the Idol of Aku. I tried and tried and tried to use the brews there the first time I went through, hearing rumors about using them at an idol. Forget it! I kept getting unboogred, even though I had already been unboogred. I finally discovered the other one by running the Boogre gauntlet.
