I have just loaded BGII on my lovely new computer, seeing as how my old one crashed. However I seem to be expirancing a bug, a bug that I thought I heard of before, but could find no trace of on the Interplay website.
 I have Windows XP, and occasionally(sp?) when I try to talk with a NPC, I get that stupid, "too busy to talk" even though I'm SUPPOSED to talk to them and they arn't doing anything. [img]graemlins/1pissed.gif[/img] I thought that I read something about a XP related bug where this happens. But it wasn't on the interplay website. Can someone help me out here?

head to www.bioware.com, this is a known issue and the official patch fixes it.
TGhen ehad to http://members.rogers.com/mrkevvy - the relevant fixpack fixes many more bugs and is considered essential by all right-minded players.

Thanx, Andrewas. Baulderdash is one of my mainstay sites when the BG series is involved, but I couldn't remember the URL, so I checked out interplay. When that didn't work I came here.
Forgot all about Bioware. I was just going to d/l the patch from Interplay, but I didn't want to d/l if it wouldn't have any effect. (not with my connection anyway.)
