I just did this part last night and had to type in the name Elseramavin twice and click on it in the list twice. Then he finally asked me for the shroud. I'm wondering after reading the walkthrough what happened to the Colanth. I never did see one and therefore didn't kill one so couldn't get his "eye". Is this thing not always in the Lake? I also noticed that people are saying they got a lot of points for killing the Amazoni plant things and I only got 1527 each! What's up with that?

The colanth is in the lake just before the lava pits, it is similair to a dartha eel so becarefull when you kill everything there the crystal/eye drops out after you kill it. I got underneath it to kill it so the eye was easy to grab. I suppose if you have killed it and not known you have, the crystal/eye may be at the bottom of the lake..??

I unknowingly picked my crystals up in the mad clicking of battle and they looked just like gems in my inventory . . . it wasn't until I ID'd them that I realised I had them. Think they looked like diamonds. I think I heard that the patch is supposed to keep them from disappearing if you miss them and leave them at the bottome of the lake. Wish you luck!
