Some guy posted this on the NWN forums. All it does is remaps the mouse buttons making it so you don't have to hit the middle to turn the camera about, and maps an alternate 4th mouse button to the menu. It makes things easier for me. The game controls are still in no way perfect and all this is right now is a remap mod but it helps.
