got a chance to play this while i was in toys r us and all i can say is that it is awesome. I got a pretty good run on metroid(even had a few kids lined up behind me) Seriously, the double screen touch screen just amazing, hopefully the psp will be as cool too. I grew up a game boy kid and i'm more than impressed. 22 Days left till christmas and I need to get that DS.
Be my secret santa?

I just read yesterday that Nintendo has already sold 500,000 of those units! Meanwhile Sony has successfully shot itself in the head by running out of PS2s for the Christmas season.

We have sold over 300 DS's at my game store and we had over 100 pre-orders and get asked dozens of time each day now that we are sold out. The chief #1 ruler of handheld gaming (Nintendo) has scored again! Only the PSP, due out maybe in MArch could possibly trump it, but I see room in the market for both to succeed. The DS is very fun and unlike any other gaming system I have tried. Playing the Metroid demo using the touch pad to aim is friggin awesome! I cannot wait for the unconfirmed Goldeneye 64 port and Also Final Fantasy 3 will finally be available in the U.S. on the D.S. WHoo Hoo!!!!
