I like the sound of IWD 2 ...lets just hope it has a little more variety and ....well SIZE than IWD.

With all of the financial problems at Interplay, I hope they don't rush it just to get it out before Christmas. If they do, it could be a mediocre game that has alot of bugs.

well, iwd is better than bg, AND bg2 in my opinion. the portraits rule, the sounds are better, and i just like it better all around. of course we SHOULD have been able to run into Drizzt and his crew, but hey, there is always IWD2, WOOHOO!! anywho, just thought i would throw that out there.

I hope they don't use 3rd ed rules and just go with plain old 2nd edition AD&D, preferably with psionics.

I personally like the Infinity Engine - very easy to get to grips with, I'm not a 'joystick jockey'! Point and click is the only way to go!! Spare a thought for us unco-ordinated oldies before putting IE out to pasture.

If IWDII is anything like its predecessor, then it will be a great hack&slash game. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! I will definitely spend my hard earned cash on this.

God save all here.
Another one of these garbage??!!!
Uhhh let me guess... Monster include an entire army group of skeletons and more lizards....YAWN. But at least the XP cap will be high. Perhaps they have more than 5 NPCs to talk to this time. Maybe I'll get to see some grass?
Sorry if I've offended Quake players but I guess I'm too much of a role player rather than bash em senceless.
i'll buy it!

Is this how you get your enjoyment? I think you should change your name to Mr. Troll. It fits you much better.

Avatar, if everyone liked exactly the same things, the world would be a very boring place.
I'm expressing a preference, not dictating what others should like. There is no right or wrong in this, it's an opinion. Now let me enjoy IWD and if the sight of others enjoying it upsets you so much, I suggest you don't look!!

Okay I consider myself forever hated and evicted from this forum, then. So long and thanks for all the fish.
