heh, my diamond head can cast spells like a wand... i imbued it myself

wanna see? *casts Improved Domination: Aerie Love on KS and Waverider. No saving throw, Magic Resistance is ignored, homing, can be fired from any distance*

Luckily, Neb teleported out of the way of the spell which fizzled, in the ORT HQ, he activates the Anti-Charm Spell Field, this also prevents him from casting Charm spells, but luckily he prefers to just hurt his foes a lot with pure offensive spells instead.
