I can't find the third lever for the potion-making machine in Luskan! I have the one from the ghoul, the one from the brothel, but I must have missed the other one. Does anyone know where it is?

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - there are two ghouls - brother and sister - each have one. You get the one from the sister (the outcast ghoul) after completing her quest.
