I have bought the game recently. I do not have any voicing-the units do not say "acknowledged" or something like that. Apart from music i do not have any sound.
Is it normal? If not how do i fix it? I would like to play with full voicing because to me it is half of the fun. My game is yet unpatched. Thanks in advance.

From memory, they just make robotic noises when commanded to do something
