Well I finesh the Boogres Prison the Scout mines
and allmost done with the Dragon Spear so I guess I will do the Shurugeon Ruins I been there but did not get all the evil elements well wish me luck ------------------ T H A N K S Eiz |

Best of luck, Mr-Eiz!!! Yes, you have to finish Shurugeon to get the Shroud of Elsera to give to the Dragon. The elements aren't that hard to find, actually. Ask if you're having trouble with them.
