Can u plz tell me were the entrance to the boogre caves are. i think i have found the exit to them but i can fiond the entrance.

The entrance and exit are one and the same. (Except for an exit to a secluded part of the woods which you will discover once you complete the caves). It is in a small burrow in a little hill which looks like a tree stump on the other side of the lake near the burnt-out house east of Shurugeon Castle. There is a lever in there. Just flip it...

Bsftcs has pointed you in the right spot. Go north from Ishad N'ha, past the burnt-out house to the lake. Swim north through the lake to a large clearing on the other side. Go further north until you're almost off the map, and you'll find a hill. The entrance is only visible from the north, so you'll have to go beyond it and come back.
And after you flip, be ready to jump...
