Its not the merchant. Its on a rebel sauguin on the east side of the board. They attack you, its not too tough a battle. Happy Looting!

Step on the large circle in the center of that temple, and a whole swag of Sahuagin will appear. One of them has the cloak of reflection on it.

Let's just get the terminology right to avoid confusing others who might read this thread. The Cloak of Mirroring is found in the Sahuagin city. This reflects all magic damage directed at the wearer. The Cloak of Reflection reflects all electrical damage. This is found in the Asylum dungeon.
