The badges are the main part of the end of the game...so no need to worry about them for another couple of days.

They all have a guardian, though i certainly think they should've been more powerful...but still its one of the parts that people need most help with cos it's very easy to miss one or two of the six there are and almost everyone mix 'em up...

Yes. The badges are "normally" looted off the corpses of your victims. Spoiler:

If you have a very persuasive person in your group, you can actually TALK two people out of theirs!
