The micromanagement really isn't that bad.If your evil do as you please,neutral meet there needs more often,but even for angelic you don't want to give as frequently as the advisors prompt.In fact that is an issue that will be addressed in the patch due anytime soon,a beta version is available now lionhead should be done testing in the next couple of weeks.If you make it too easy for villagers they get disillusioned and lazy.Besides it is a never ending circle,give buildings they want children.give kids they want to expand,give food they want kids,give kids they want food.Just don't let any one desire get outrageous and your fine.with the tap over store wood and food cheats it's just not too bad.the creature should be trained to meet some of these needs anyway,even if your evil you do need a populous.

I installed B&W, but didn't get very far, as it seems it doesn't like Diamond Viper graphics cards
